If a defect in manufacturing, material or workmanship arises with respect to any Product submit a valid claim, Dreamsbeautystore will, at its sole discretion: (1) refund the cost of the Product or (2) replace the Product with another product equipment that is same or similar to the Product returned to Dreamsbeautystore under this Limited Warranty.

In the event of a defect, the remedies explicitly provided for herein will be the sole and exclusive remedies of the Consumer. This limited warranty extends only to the original end-use consumer and will not extend to any other person or assignee.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Except for the remedies expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, the Consumer shall assume the risk as to the quality and performance of the Products, and the Consumer assumes all costs associated with the Products in should the Products prove defective after purchase.

In addition and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, this Limited Warranty does not cover, under any circumstances, defects resulting from: normal wear and tear of the packaging, improper storage of the Products by the Consumer or due to normal aging of the Product a once in the possession of the Consumer; cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents in packaging unless such failure occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, materials or workmanship; improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow instructions for use; accident; excess moisture once in the Consumer's possession; insects; insects; damage caused by accident once in the Consumer's possession, abuse by the Consumer, misuse by the Consumer, fire, excessively hot temperature once in the Consumer's possession, excessive cold temperature once in the Consumer's possession or other external cause; unauthorized alteration or modification of the original condition; damage caused by improper packaging or shipping procedures that are beyond the control of Dreamsbeautystore or its Authorized Accounts; damage caused by use in combination; and products purchased from any seller other than Dreamsbeautystore or not subject to Dreamsbeautystore.com's strict quality controls.
