Shipping policy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and contact information at the time of making a purchase. dreamsBeauty store is not responsible for errors in the shipping address. In case of packages being return for insufficient address the client will be responsible for the corresponding charges for sending the items again.
LOST PACKAGES
Once your package has been delivered to the post office we are not responsible for lost packages. If you think your package is lost you can make a claim directly with the post office at https://www.usps.com and going to the help section or by visiting your local post office.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PICK UP SERVICE
This service is available only in our salon in Isabela, Puerto Rico. Please make sure you select the pick up option at check out. Once your order has been processed and packed you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up at our salon in Isabela. Do not come by the salon if you have not received the email that your order is ready for pick up. To pick up your order you must provide your online purchase receipt with the order number and sign up our pick up orders register at the reception. You should also present your license.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We do ship to most places around the world. If you wish to make a purchase to the United States or other countries please make sure to enter correctly the recipients address. Your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Time for processing any international orders will be 3 to 7 days.
REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY
We do not do refunds or returns on any purchases on our website. However if there is any situation that requieres it for reason out of our control, you can write to us your concerns at informacion@dreamsbeautystore.com and will let you know any remedy if aplicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If by any reason we decide to make you a refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at informacion@dreamsbeautystore.com.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IMPORTANT
dreamsBeautystore, is not responsible for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
