Sales & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns, except for defective items. For special cases beyond our control, contact us at informacion@dreamsbeautystore.com.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–6 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and a shipping email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will cover the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery to the postal service. Claims can be filed directly with USPS or your local post office.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

In-Store Pickup
Available only at our Isabela, PR salon. Select pickup at checkout and present your purchase receipt and a valid ID when collecting your order.

Safe Shipping
For items over $5, we recommend using trackable or insured shipping. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without these measures.

Important
dreamsBeautystore is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier and keep all packaging and product before filing a claim.
